Buy the Alison Dress sewing pattern from Vikisews. Alison is a close-fitting dress flared at the hem. The low round neckline is finished with bias binding featuring a raw edge. Sizes 42–52 include bust darts. The dress has long, close-fitting, one-piece, set-in sleeves that have thumbholes and flare at the bottom. The hems of the sleeves are finished with bias binding featuring a raw edge. Alison is ankle-length.

The dress in the photos is made of sweater knit. The fabric is medium weight, pliable, soft, and medium stretch. The fibre content is a blend of 10% viscose, 80% acrylic, and 10% spandex. The fabric weight is 330 g/m2.
Fabric requirements: When purchasing fabric, buy 5% more than required to account for shrinkage.
Main: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric, with a directional print/nap: 1.95 – 2.95 m (2 1/8 – 3 1/4 yd) // 150 cm (59″) wide fabric, with a directional print/nap: 1.8 – 2.95 m (2 – 3 1/4 yd) // 170 cm (66″) wide fabric, with a directional print/nap: 1.45 – 2.3 m (1 5/8 – 2 1/2 yd).
Sizing: 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 20, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
Vikisews patterns are designed for a B/C cup.

Height 1 = 154 – 160 cm (5’1″ – 5’3″)
Height 2 = 162 – 168 cm (5’4″ – 5’6″)
Height 3 = 170 – 176 cm (5’7″ – 5’9″)
Height 4 = 178 – 184 cm (5’10” – 6′1″)
Model Alina: Height 172 cm (5’8″) / Bust 86 cm (33 7/8″) / Waist 65 cm (25 5/8″) / Hips 93 cm (36 5/8″). Alina is wearing size 36 in height 3.
