- Earn points with every purchase. For every £1 spent you will earn 5 points.
- Follow us on Instagram to earn 100 points.
- Like our Facebook page to earn 100 points.
- Leave a product review to earn 100 points.
- Add the day and month of your birthday and you'll receive 500 points on your birthday.
- Refer a friend. Receive a £5 off voucher for both you and your friend, when they make their first purchase.

Loyalty rewards FAQ
We have three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Every time you place an order with us you will collect points. As you collect more points throughout a calendar year, you will move up the tiers and receive additional rewards.
Our loyalty scheme runs from 1st January to 31st December each year. At the start of each year you will be begin collecting points again. But don't worry, any existing points won't expire.
You can redeem your points on any purchase. Simply log in and go to your 'My Account' area and follow the link at the top of the page 'View ways to redeem'.
No, your points won't expire.
Earn 5 points for every £1 spent in our online shop. When you redeem 100 points, you will receive £1 off.
No, unfortunately this isn't possible.
You will receive your reward once your friend makes their first order. Your friend must create a free account and not checkout as a guest when they make their first purchase.
Just create a normal account with us and you will be automatically added to the Bronze Tier. You don't need a separate account.
If you tell us the day and month of your birthday, we can then send you a birthday treat. Please let us know 30 days before your birthday so that we have time to send you a reward.
Unfortunately it's not possible to add points from old orders to your account.
Open the Rewards button on bottom right of the the Homepage or access from the top of your My Account area. Copy the link under the section 'Refer your friends' or share via Facebook or email. Your unique link is also available at the end of our newsletters.
Please note: you can only use this link to refer to friends who have never shopping with us before.
