Buy the Hoxton Halter-Neck Top or Dress sewing pattern from Nina Lee. This halter-neck top or dress has a relaxed, floaty silhouette, cut on the bias so it drapes beautifully. Bust darts keep the front neatly shaped, and the back is softly scooped (but still strapless bra-friendly). 

Choose between three lengths: top, mini dress (just above the knee), and midi dress (just above the ankle). For the neck finish, choose between a flamboyant long tie or a neat little button and loop closure. The instructions walk you through how to handle fabric on the bias, along with how to sew a neat French seam and a proper baby hem. There is also a bonus set of instructions if you would like to add a zip (optional). For something so elegant you'll find it's a surprisingly quick sew!

The 6-20 pattern is drafted for a B cup. The 16-28 pattern has both B and D cup options.
