THE EDIT: NEW SEWING PATTERN RELEASES - 4TH AUGUST

It’s time for your weekly dose of The Edit: New Sewing Pattern Releases. This blog and vlog highlight some of the new arrivals to hit the shop this week. Kate natters about all the details you need to know so if you’re a pattern nerd like we are, this is for you!

Notches Kaiko Top and Dress: If you are a "choose your own adventure" kind of sewer, this is the new arrival for you. From peplum top to chic dress, Kaiko is the ultimate summer garment for all occasions. You can make 46 different garments with the Kaiko pattern and it comes with cup sizes A - G to help you achieve a great fit.

Silversaga Patterns Eleonora Sleeveless Dress: Elasticated waist channels are hot on the high street at the moment, so this is a great option for your wear-it-all-summer-long dress. Eleonora is inspired by vintage chemise dresses and the pattern comes with A/B and C/D/E cup size options.

Itch to Stitch Comillas Dress: I'm not quite finished going on about the elasticated-detail thing. The Comillas Dress applies it with such elegance. You'll find a high cinched waist gathered by three rows of elastic and the pattern includes regular and full bust options for a customised fit. Summer BBQ outfits are sorted

Veronica Tucker Audrey Dress and Blouse: Another one for anyone who likes to pick and mix details to sew their dream piece - the Audrey pattern gives you 36 ways to make it. With irresistible details to choose from; the double wrap waist tie, voluminous sleeve with shirred cuff, and pockets for your dresses, this will be a pattern you come back to time after time.

Sew Over It Totepack: Now, this is a clever little pattern. The Totepack multifunctional bag is a stylish tote bag and a handy backpack all in one, so you don't have to choose which one to make. It features straps that ingeniously transform so you can choose to carry it over one shoulder as a classic tote or on your back as a backpack.

Sew Over It Maeve Blouse: It's a battle of the bows on the high street and in the indie sewing world at the moment and this is another fab addition. The Maeve Blouse bodice fastens down the front and includes a button shield to provide full coverage whether you go for buttons or bows.
