It’s time for your weekly dose of The Edit: New Sewing Pattern Releases. This blog and vlog highlight some of the new arrivals to hit the shop this week. Kate natters about all the details you need to know so if you’re a pattern nerd like we are, this is for you!

If you are partial to knit fabric sewing patterns and making things that you can wear every day, you’ll enjoy discovering Allie Olson’s designs. They are great for anybody who enjoys capsule dressing and keeping things simple.

The well-thought-out designs are practical while still being on-trend and deliver easy outfits you can throw on every day. We are now stocking Allie’s PDFs with or without copy shop printing.
We are utterly obsessed with the latest arrival from the Maker’s Atelier. The classic styling gives you everything you need from a staple shirt and the choice of three options means you won’t stop at making one. Style it open over a top or dress to get even more wear out of this fab piece.
Barrel-leg jeans seem to be the emerging silhouette of the moment. Whether you call them barrel jeans, balloon jeans, carrot jeans, or tapered jeans, the bottom line is that these pants are worthy of all the hype. The Belleville Jeans feature a high waist, classic five-pocket styling, a pocket stay to keep the pockets in place and trim the tummy, darts at the knees and front hem, and an above-ankle length. This is a special edition of the Zenita Wireless Bra, designed with a mastectomy pocket for those who have had a breast removed.
