Love discovering a new gem? We love finding new and exciting designers and Veronica Tucker has some really fresh designs. After growing uncomfortable with her fast-fashion design job, Veronica set up her own label that has an emphasis on slow fashion, puff sleeves and gorgeous details.
- Odette Dress, Top and Skirt – a mock-wrap style dress with a bias cut and two bra cup sizes (A-C and D-G) help you achieve the perfect fit.
- Hazel Dress and Blouse – features a tie-neck yoke, balloon sleeves, and three voluminous tiers – with pockets, of course!
- Hera Dress, Top and Skirt – this set includes a blouse with a tie-neck and fully lined puff sleeves. The top and skirt can also be transformed into an all-in-one or semi-attached dress!
- Freya Dress and Blouse – a statement piece with an elasticised, tri-section puff sleeve with three length options.
- Frankie Bag – a reversible tote (two bags in one!) with a pocket and knotted shoulder ties. Make one to match your outfit or even as a gift!
Isabella is the queen of tailoring, so we are excited about this new addition. The Dulce Skirt features bagged-out lining and a separate internal waistband which has bias binding on the bottom edge for a luxurious finish. It pairs really well with the Fran Blazer or the Freddie Jacket.
Still searching for a DIY Halloween costume? Buffy could be perfect. Buffy is a Corset Top, Panty, Bodysuit and Dress – all in one! The corset-inspired dress has shorts attached to the bodice – how clever is that? So no flashing when you’re cutting some spooky shapes on the dancefloor.
We have another pattern trio from Liesl + Co to share with you. First up is the Antwerp Pullover, a dressy twist on the classic hoodie, this pullover is full of style and great for anyone who wants comfort that doesn’t look too casual.
There are two dresses with lovely details (both have long-sleeve options so are still suitable for cooler weather).
The Amarena Dress features a gorgeous shawl collar and cup sizes for ease of fitting. It’s a pull-on style with a gentle A-line shape.
The Kyoto Dress is a body-grazing, semifitted, V-neck dress that features an inverted box pleat at the centre-front skirt. It’s such a classy detail.
If you’re after a simple shorts pattern for teens, Waves & Wild’s Shoreline pattern is simply perfect in every way. There are three lengths to choose from, optional pockets, and an elasticated waist. Choose from the Teen Boys’ Shoreline pattern or the Teen Girls’ Shoreline pattern.
