Maison Fauve Kim Skirt

Buy the Kim Skirt sewing pattern from Maison Fauve. Kim is a feminine and comfortable skirt with a slightly high waist and elasticated back. Choose from two patch pocket finishes and two lengths: mini (mid-thigh) or midi (below the knee). Kim can button down the centre front for a touch of 70s style, or wrap over with a statement button placket. It’s a must-have that goes with everything from a pair of very high boots to trainers.

Suggested fabrics: Viscose, crepe, tencel, cotton poplin, but also light woollens, fine jacquard, suede. Choose supple fabrics to keep your skirt falling beautifully, and light to medium weight (110 – 250 g/m²).

Short skirt: 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 34-36, 110 cm // Sizes 38-46, 120 cm // Sizes 48-52, 145 cm.

Long skirt: 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 34-40, 150 cm // Sizes 42-46, 165 cm // Sizes 48-52, 175 cm.

Sizing: EU 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart.

NOTE: In the size chart, poitrine = bust, taille = waist, and hanches = hips.

Notions: 6 buttons for wrap version or 7 buttons for button front version, approx. 15 mm diameter; iron-on interfacing; elastic, 2-3 cm wide, 33-54 cm long depending on size.
