Happy Sunday Fold Liners! It’s time for your weekly dose of The Edit: New Sewing Pattern Releases. This blog and vlog highlight some of the new arrivals to hit the shop this week. Kate natters about all the details you need to know so if you’re a pattern nerd like we are, this is for you!
If you like a little company while you sew and want to keep up with the hot releases. You might want to hit subscribe and never miss a thing.
Camimade designs some really good patterns that are both simple and chic, but also have something special about them and the Sable Camisole and Dress is no exception. With its soft squared neckline at the front and back, Sable looks feminine, modern, and even romantic. I can see this being a pattern you’d want to make again and again.
We are excited to see that Named is reissuing some of their back catalogue as they have some great patterns you can’t get anymore. Laurie is a plain and simple, straight-cut tee with fun wide pleats at the front. A not-so-basic, basic top!
Itch to Stitch is a really good designer to go for if you usually make bust adjustments as they come with different bust cups to get a great fit, which is especially helpful with this pattern. The Santorini Tank is a semi-fitted design with princess seams for shaping. The neckline and armholes are neatly finished with an all-in-one facing.
A t-shirt is an essential piece in any summer wardrobe and we love this modern design from Tammy Handmade. The Naya T-Shirt is a stylish, loose-fitting tee featuring grown-on sleeves finished with cuff detail. A quick yet satisfying make!
