Buy the Child/Teen Nova Scotia Skirt sewing pattern from Greyfriars and Grace. The Nova Scotia Skirt is a simple design so go crazy on the fabric! The Nova Scotia Skirt has a flat front and elastic back waistband making it comfortable to wear and easy to sew (no buttons or zip). The pattern includes three length options: short, knee and mid-calf.

Fabric requirements: 44" (115 cm) wide fabric: 1 - 2 yd (1 - 2 m) // 54" (140 cm) wide fabric: 1 - 1 1/2 yd (1 - 1.5 m) // 60" (150 cm) wide fabric: 1 yd (0.75 - 1 m).

Fabric requirements are for non-directional prints. If you need to pattern match, you may need more fabric.

Sizing: 2 - 16 years. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 1" (2.5 cm) wide elastic; interfacing (not essential).

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; US letter print-at-home pocket pattern (2 pages); A4 print-at-home pocket pattern (1 page). This pattern only includes a printable piece for the pocket. The other pattern pieces are rectangles, which you draw yourself using the measurements provided. Does not include an A0 copy shop file.
