Petits D'om Child/Teen Zeepbel Bubble Skirt

Buy the Child/Teen Zeepbel Bubble Skirt sewing pattern from Petits D'om. Zeepbel has a comfortable wide jersey waistband with elastic. The outer skirt is gathered and sewn to a shorter lining, creating the bubble shape. The skirt can be twisted or not. This quick to sew design is a favourite of girls of all ages.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Note: The pattern does not include a piece for the outer skirt. This is a simple rectangle which you draw directly onto your fabric using dimensions provided in the instructions.

Suggested fabrics: The waistband and lining are made from jersey. The outer skirt can be cut from jersey or woven fabric. 

Fabric requirements: 140 cm (58") wide fabric: Main fabric, 60 - 130 cm (3/4 - 1 1/2 yd) // Secondary fabric (lining, if not cutting from main fabric), 20 - 50 cm (1/4 - 5/8 yd).

Sizing: 2 – 16 years. Please check the designer's size chart.

Notions: Elastic for waist, 2 cm (3/4") wide, 48 - 74 cm (18 7/8" - 29 1/8"); clear elastic (framilastic), 8 mm (5/16") wide, 120 - 210 cm (1 3/8 - 2 1/4 yd).
