Honey & Rose Kristy Shorts

Buy the Kristy Shorts sewing pattern from Honey & Rose. The Kristy Shorts are medium length, three-quarter elasticated shorts with front hip pockets sitting along the mid-waist. The side panels align with the pockets and where the elasticated part of the waistband begins and ends. The hem cuff adds a simple and effective detail to the shorts.

Suggested fabrics: Midweight woven fabrics such as cotton, linen, lightweight denim or twill.

Fabric requirements: 

Directional pattern fabric: 1.15 m (45″) wide fabric: 1.7 – 2 m (1.9 – 2.2 yd) // 1.4 m (55″) wide fabric: 1.4 – 1.5 m (1.5 – 1.6 yd).

Non-directional pattern fabric: 1.15 m (45″) wide fabric: 1.7 – 2 m (1.9 – 2.2 yd) // 1.4 m (55″) wide fabric: 1.2 – 1.5 m (1.3 – 1.6 yd).

Sizing: UK 8 – 24. Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

If your measurements are between sizes, Honey & Rose recommends using/grading to the next size down.

Notions: 63 cm (25″) wide x 22 cm (9″) high piece of medium weight fusible interfacing; 1″ wide no-fold elastic.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step instructions with full colour photos; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (20 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet). This pattern has layers so you can print just the size(s) you need.
