Buy the Cosmo Bra sewing pattern from Fitiyoo. The Cosmo Bra can be sewn with or without underwires! This bra has a three-part cup (composed of a top cup, bottom cup and side cup), which creates a beautiful curve and provides good support. Tested and approved from A cup to H cup!

Version A can be made in stretchable or rigid fabrics – yes, it is possible to use offcuts of your favourite fabric! – while Version B is made in lace. For an extra touch of glamour, why not add the Angel fancy lace back?

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Note if ordering copy shop printing: The copy shop pattern does not include the underwire template. This can be printed at home on an A4 printer (2 pages for the full size range, or 1 page for just your chosen size).

Suggested fabrics and fabric requirements: 

Version A:

Neckline: 50 cm (20″) of stretch lace, 11 cm (4 3/8″) wide.

If the main fabric is stretch (such as mesh, jersey, lace), 30 cm (11 7/8″) of stretch fabric for cups, underbust frame and back wings.

If the main fabric is rigid (such as denim, satin, woven), 30 cm (12″) of rigid fabric for cups + 30 cm (12″) of stretch fabric (such as mesh, jersey) for the back band.

The bridge and side band can be cut from stretch or rigid fabric, your choice. But whatever the main fabric chosen (stretch or rigid), piece 5 (back wing) must always be cut from a stretch fabric.

Version B: Stretch lace, 17 – 25 cm (6 1/2″ – 10″) wide, 2 m (2.5 yd) for XS – XL or 2.5 m (3 yd) for 2XL – 5XL.

Sizing: XS (approx. UK 30A / FR 80A / EU 65A / US 30AA) – 5XL (approx. UK 46H / FR 120H / EU 105H / US 46G). Please check the size chart.

Notions: 30 cm (12″) of bra tulle with mechanical stretch; 30 – 50 cm (12″ – 20″) of stretch lining such as light stretch mesh for XL – 5XL; 1 m (1 yd) of straps, 1 – 1.2 cm (3/8″ – 1/2″) wide for XS – L or 1.5 cm (5/8″) wide for XL – 5XL; 1.5 m (2 yd) of plush elastic, 1 – 1.3 cm (3/8″ – 1/2″) wide for XS – L or 1.3 – 1.5 cm (1/2″ – 5/8″) wide for XL – 5XL; 50 cm (20″) of plush elastic, 0.7 – 1 cm (9/32″ – 3/8″) wide for XL – 5XL; hook and eye, 3 cm (1 1/4″) wide for XS – L or 5.7 cm (2 1/4″) wide for XL – 5XL; 1 m (1 yd) of wire casing or smooth bias, 1 cm (3/8″) wide; pair of bra underwires (optional).
