Sew Over It Astrid Bodysuit and Top

Buy the Astrid Bodysuit and Top sewing pattern from Sew Over It. Astrid is designed for knit fabrics and features a faux wrap neckline that is drafted snug to avoid any gaping. Sizes 18-30 also have a small bust dart for a better fit.

Choose between short, 3/4 length, or full length sleeves and make Astrid as a hip length top or a full bodysuit. The bodysuit version has a lined gusset with popper fastenings and elastic around the legs for a close fit. The neckline is finished with binding on both versions.

Suggested fabrics: Cotton jerseys with at least 5% lycra or spandex content. To keep the wrap snug, you want a fabric with good recovery.

Version 1: 1.15 m (44") wide fabric (sizes 6-18 only): 1.7 - 2.4 m (1 7/8 - 2 5/8 yd) // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 1.3 - 2.1 m (1 1/2 - 2 3/8 yd).

Version 2: 1.15 m (44") wide fabric (sizes 6-18 only): 1.4 - 2.1 m (1 5/8 - 2 3/8 yd) // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 1.2 - 1.8 m (1 3/8 - 2 yd).

Sizes 18 - 30

Version 1: 1.15 m (44") wide fabric: N/A // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 2.6 - 3 m (2 7/8 - 3 1/4 yd).

Version 2: 1.15 m (44") wide fabric: N/A // 1.40 m (55") wide fabric: 2 - 2.5 m (2 1/4 - 2 3/4 yd).

Sizing: UK 6 – 20 and UK 18 – 30 (approx. UK 6 – 20 and UK 20 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size charts and finished garment measurements.

This pattern is split into two different blocks. The 6-20 size range is drafted for a B cup. The 18-30 size range is drafted for a D cup.
