Suggested fabrics: Fabric choice will determine the level of support. Athletic knits with a high amount of spandex and good recovery will be the most supportive. Lightweight soft jerseys and stretch mesh alone will have much less support. Lower stretch knits such as scuba can be used for the front pieces if paired with a single layer back in powernet or athletic knit.

Self: Medium weight stretch knits with at least 40% stretch in both directions, such as athletic knits, cotton/spandex jersey, scuba, liverpool, stretch mesh.

Lining: Self fabrics or stretch mesh with at least 40% stretch.

Back: Powernet, techsheen, athletic knits with at least 40% stretch.

Strap lining: Non-stretch fabric, such as sheer cup lining or lightweight woven.

Fabric requirements: Self, 3/8 yd (0.3 m) // Lining, 3/8 yd (0.3 m) // Back, 3/8 yd (0.3 m) // Strap lining, 3" x 14" (7.6 cm x 35.5 cm).
