 This week we are doing a sewing book review of the brand spanking new book 'Sew Your Own Activewear' written by Melissa Fehr. Melissa has a sewing pattern company Fehr Trade, which specialises in activewear sewing patterns so you will be in safe hands as she guides us through the magical land of Lyrca. The book comes with four basic sewing blocks that you will work with to make your own perfectly fitting customised blocks. Once this is done the world is your oyster and you can work your way through the book sewing activewear patterns 'til your heart is content!
