Buy the Kaftan Dress sewing pattern from The Assembly Line. This is a Scandinavian take on an iconic dress. Perfect for the beach styled with flip flops, and equally perfect for five o’clock cocktails styled with your favourite heeled sandals. The Kaftan Dress features raglan sleeves, an overlap v-neck which creates a pleat in the front, slits at the sides, and in-seam pockets.

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium light weight fabrics, such as linen, cotton, silk, crepe de chine or tencel.

Fabric requirements: 

110-120 cm wide fabric (XS-L only): XS 3.3 m / S 3.5 m / M 3.8 m / L 3.8 m.

140-150 cm wide fabric: XS 3.1 m / S 3.1 m / M 3.2 m / L 3.2 m / XL 3.3 m / 2XL 3.5 m / 3XL 3.6 m.

Sizing: XS – L or XL – 3XL (approx. UK 8 – 18 or UK 18/20 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
