The best thing about Roseclair is its ‘twirl’

If dresses were rated by a twirl factor (and let’s face it, for a lot of us they are!), this would get top marks. In my opinion it gets top marks across the board but what I am really loving about wearing this is the twirl. It’s a great make with straightforward instructions and was a simple enough sew. I am already planning my next one!
