Buy the Harlow Shirt sewing pattern from Tessuti Fabrics. The Harlow Shirt is a hip-length, button-through shirt with a soft, relaxed look. It features a swing back with a centre back seam, side seams that angle to the front, and a split at the hem that creates a slightly flared silhouette. Topstitching highlights the patch pockets, convertible collar, and back yoke with forward and extended shoulders. The bracelet length sleeves have deep hems with a small slit allowing them to be worn up or down.

Fabulous pattern

Love the way this pattern comes together. Looks like Tessuti took on board feedback as the photo instructions are now very clear. Used a full burrito for the yoke - not experienced enough to understand their method. Turned out fine! Will definitely make again

Pattern photos difficult to interpret

I agree with other comments that although the design is lovely, the photos accompanying the instructions are terrible. Luckily I was making it while attending a local dressmaking class and my teacher managed to “guess” what the photos were trying to show. The end product is lovely.

Fab shirt but pattern is bonkers

I love this shirt and I’m currently mid pattern and enjoying the challenge with the one exception - ie coloured photographs for assistance.  Who thought using red thread on brown material to illustrate a direction was a good idea?  At least with line drawings it is possible to see the stitch line etc, but the colour combination on the step by step photos is bonkers.
I’ve never bought a Tessuti pattern before - I’m a Merchant & Mills girl normally - however, I do really like the Tessuti designs, but given the patterns are quite pricey, I may not be a regular customer if the next purchase is illustrated so poorly.
