Buy the Child/Teen Delta Top and Dress sewing pattern from Style Arc. This top or dress has a gathered, elasticated neckline and waist. It can be worn on or off the shoulder. The raglan sleeve has short and 3/4 length options and can be made with or without elastic in the hem. The top is semi-cropped.

Notions: Elastic for neckline and sleeves, 12 mm (1/2") wide; elastic for waistline, 32 mm (1 1/4") wide (or can use 12 mm/1/2" wide for top version, if desired).
