Simplicity Dress 1356

i was attracted to the concept of having a reversible dress and made this before i discovered that there is some degree of fitting to wrap dresses involved! the fit is ok i didn't make any alterations and the shoulders and upper chest are out by a little and is something i would have fixed if i had the same fitting knowledge i do now back then [i made it about a year ago].the smallest size was extremely long for me - i remember i shortened it by about 10cm so a sizeable amount - i am 5"1.
the instructions i find not very sophisticated - it tells you to turn the entire front & back and slip stitch one side of the shoulders together at the end - but you can get a cleaner finish by turning the shoulders inside out and machine stitching.
i used the same fabric in different colourways, just a cotton poplin, i have neutral feelings about the dress and pattern.
