New Look Knit Dress 6301 review

This was a very speedy make with a beautiful pleated bodice and two choices of skirt. I made mine in a viscose jersey and therefore sized down two sizes on where my measurements had me on the sizing chart. If I make it again I’d be tempted to go down by another size as well as it’s a little low on the v neck. I made the straight skirt which had darts at the back and pleats are the front. If I make it again, I’d put darts at the front too rather than pleats as the jersey fabric gives you all the room you need for a tummy! The tie-waist really nips it in around the waist and the 3/4 sleeves are very flattering.
