Buy the M8490 Vintage 1970's Top, Skirt and Petticoat sewing pattern from McCalls. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Vintage McCall’s 1970’s tops, petticoat and skirt by Laura Ashley. Yoked top A with tied front vent and ruffling, or yoked top B with standing collar, trimming and zipper in back seam opening has drawstring drawn through waistline casing. Top C has tucked yokes, standing collar, ruffle, tie belt included in side seams, zipper in back seam opening. Raglan sleeves A, B, C have lower tucks and ties. Petticoat A, B or skirt C has hooked side back opening and ruffling. Gored skirt A, B has part-way buttoned fronts.
