These classic and stylish overalls have a loose and relaxed fit, great for all shapes and sizes, with an elastic waistband on the back and one button for the shoulder straps. Perfect by themselves, or layered with a tank or tee.

Suggested fabrics:
Main fabric: Cotton knit or woven fabric of your choice. Linen, chambray, woven cotton or cotton knit are all good options.
Lining: Light woven cotton or linen.
Fabric requirements:
45" wide fabric: 3/4 yd for preemie to 6-12M // 1 yd for 12-18M to 5-6T.
60" wide fabric: 1/2 yd for preemie to 3-6M // 3/4 yd for 6-12M to 2-3T // 1 yd for 3-4T to 5-6T.
Lining (45" or 60" wide fabric): 1/2 yd for preemie to 3-4T // 3/4 yd for 4-5T to 5-6T.
Sizing: Preemie to 5-6T. Please check the size chart.
Notions: 1 button; 1" wide elastic, 6" - 10" long depending on size.
PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step instructions with clear photo illustrations; US letter/A4 print-at-home pattern (12 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet).

I made these overalls for my granddaughter and her mum loves them. Super easy to make, loads of room for a nappy, straps can be made adjustable with extra buttonholes for loads of growing room. Pattern goes from newborn to 6 years so great value for money. I’ve even had adults ask if I can make some up for them !!
