Poppy & Jazz Babies' Dandelion Dungarees

Buy the Babies' Dandelion Dungarees sewing pattern from Poppy & Jazz. These cute jersey dungarees are reversible – great for having fun with fabrics and super practical as they can be quickly switched round if lunch stains one side! The Dandelion Dungarees fasten with poppers and have extra long straps to allow for growth. Super easy to sew, they are a great project for beginners.

Suggested fabrics: Medium-weight knit fabrics such as cotton jersey, thin ponte di roma, french terry and sweatshirt knits. You will need two similar weight contrasting fabrics to make the dungarees reversible. Avoid anything too heavy as it will make the seams bulky.

Fabric requirements:

Fabric requirements are the same for the main and contrast fabrics.

115 cm wide fabric: 55 - 85 cm.

140 cm wide fabric: 55 - 85 cm.

Sizing: Newborn – 24 months. Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Ballpoint machine needle; 4-6 12 mm plastic poppers or 2-4 buttons if using buttonholes; hand sewing needle.
