Butterick skirts 6326

I decided to make my skirt with Art Gallery Denim distressed fabric ( Rainy Night colour). I thought that the Butterick 6326 view A, is the perfect pattern for this fabric. Sewing Summary: Fabric: just under 1 m of Art Gallery The Denim Studio Distressed Denim Fabric – Rainy night Notions: 9” black metal zip , interfacing for the waist band. Sewing time: about 3 hours including tracing the pattern pieces. Modifications: shortened skirt by 5” (10 cm), and used 2cm seam allowance on the side seams. Fit: Good!, needed to take the side seams in Difficulty: simple. Watch out for: nothing in particular Make Again?: Yes. But I will make it with plain fabric and use contrasting thread to top-stitch the seams to show off the princess seams. For more details please check you the following link: Art Gallery Denim Skirt
