Buy the S9828 His and Hers sweatshirt and Trousers sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Front half zip sweatshirt has dropped shoulders, long elasticized sleeves, elastic cord at the waist and front pocket with contrast flap. Pull-on track pants have tie cord and elastic at waist and hem plus two cargo pockets with zipper.

Suggested fabrics: Fleece, micro-fleece, ponte. Contrast A: Canvas, cotton blends, ripstop nylon, twill. Lining: cotton blends, polyester blends. Interfacing: Lightweight fusible.

Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design fabrics or shrinkage.

(0.7m) of 1 1/4" (3.2cm) elastic, 1 1/2" (4cm) length of 1" (2.5cm) hook and loop tape. B: 1 1/2 yds. (3.2cm) elastic (for waist), two 5" (13cm) zippers, 1 yd.
