Buy the Men’s Jacob Hoodie sewing pattern from Vikisews. Jacob is a straight loose-fitting hoodie for men. It features a standing collar that continues into a hood. The hood is self-lined and features a casing with twill tape threaded through it. The standing collar closes with a partial front zipper that continues to the front of the hoodie and stops at chest level. There are in-seam pockets in the side seams. The long raglan sleeves are finished with cuffs. The bottom of the hoodie is finished with an applied waistband. Jacob is above-hip length.

Suggested fabrics: Sweatshirt fleece, thick French terry.

For the waistband and cuffs, the designer recommends using rib knit.

The garment in the photos is made from sweatshirt fleece. The fabric is medium-weight, soft, and low-stretch. The fibre content is cotton + polyester. The waistband and cuffs are made from rib knit.

Fabric requirements: When purchasing fabric, buy 5% more than required to account for shrinkage.

Main: 160 cm (63″) wide fabric: 2 – 2.4 m (2 1/8 – 2 5/8 yd) // 180 cm (70″) wide fabric: 1.95 – 2.3 m (2 1/8 – 2 1/2 yd).

Ribbing: 120 cm (47″) wide: 0.35 m (3/8 yd).

Sizing: Men’s 38 – 54. Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Height 1 = 170 – 176 cm (5’7″ – 5’9″)
Height 2 = 178 – 184 cm (5’10” – 6′)
Height 3 = 186 – 192 cm (6’1″ – 6’3″)
