Buy the Haut Vol Dress sewing pattern from Maison Fauve. The Haut Vol Dress features a defined waist, a neckline with yokes that give structure, and a skirt with two stitched pleats that create volume towards the bottom of the garment without accentuating the hips. The delicate cut-out on the front bodice is a signature Fauve detail.

Suggested fabrics: Lightweight fabrics (80-200 g/m²) with more or less structure depending on the desired finish. Viscose, tencel, cotton, crepe, poplin, satin or twill. A fluid fabric will give a supple drape, while a fabric with a little structure will create more volume.

Fabric requirements: 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 34-38, 170 cm // Sizes 40-42, 190 cm // Sizes 44-46, 210 cm // Sizes 48-52, 235 cm.

Sizing: EU 34 – 52 / UK 6 – 24 (approx. UK 6 – 22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart.

Notions: 40 cm of fusible interfacing; 40 cm invisible zip.
