Buy the Kosice Top and Dress sewing pattern from Itch to Stitch. A beautiful peasant-style top or dress with a touch of modern-day romance, Kosice has a button front, front and back v-necklines, and elasticised shoulders. The pattern includes two raglan sleeve options – short flare sleeves or short sleeves with elastic hems – as well as A, B, C, D and DD cup options for a great fit.

Suggested fabrics:

Primary fabric: Stable lightweight woven fabric, such as lawn, lightweight shirting and lightweight chambray.

Contrast fabric: Very lightweight woven fabric, such as lawn, batiste and voile. The contrast fabric is used for the front and back bias tapes and will not be visible from the right side of the garment. You may also use the same fabric as the primary fabric if your primary fabric is very lightweight.

Fabric requirements: 54″ (135 cm) wide fabric: Top, 1 – 1 3/4 yd (90 – 150 cm) // Dress, 1 5/8 – 2 1/2 yd (140 – 220 cm) // Contrast, 1/4 yd (20 cm).

Sizing: US 00 – 20 (approx. UK 8 – 22). Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

A note from the designer about bust cup options: To determine your cup size, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 1″ (2.5 cm), use A cup; 2″ (5 cm), use B cup; 3″ (7.5 cm), use C cup; 4″ (10 cm), use D cup; 5″ (12.5 cm), use DD cup.
