Trousers that look stylish

I’ve made these trousers a number of times each time I get better at them. (or so I think). In am always drawn to the shape of them, however I have to make some modifications, I get diagonal lines under my bottom which I have nearly solved by lengthen the crotch back and front as indicated on the pattern. I also have to lengthen them in the leg or they are too cropped on me. The pattern comes together beautifully, my only issue is I end up with more trouser than waistband but that’s because my corduroy seems to stretch I’ve solved this my staystiching along the top of the yoke pieces which isn’t mentioned on the pattern instructions but has solved the stretch for me.
