Super Sagebrush!

As soon as I saw this pattern (and the lovely pdf discount offered by Friday Pattern Company) I knew that I would love it! This was a lovely quick sew and the finished top is so pretty. Love the puff sleeves, front ruffle and that the neck binding serves as the tie closure at the back.    My fabric is quite light and drapey and I love how the gathers sit in the sleeves and ruffle. I made a size small having looked at the ease in the finished measurements and I’m really pleased with the fit. I already want to make more- perhaps a broderie anglaise version next.
