Skirt or trousers? Floaty dream

In her latest pattern release we’re these wide legged trousers.
I made a toile as it calls for a lot of fabric and I wanted to be sure. The toile fitted with no adjustments!

This amazing fabric is the Guthrie and Ghani anniversary print with images celebrating the 10 years of shops existence. It’s an ecovera viscose: very swishy.
The trousers have pockets and one front pleat which means they are fitted at the top then hang from there. It has front fly and all the lovely details you’d expect from one of her patterns.
I only bought 2m ( it calls for over 3m) but lucky I have short legs and ( with a skimpy hem) they are just the right length. It is true to size.
They have turned out exactly as I was hoping.
