Oversized Shirt Dress

This is a well constructed pattern and a I love the fact is has side seam pockets. The instructions are well written and easy to follow. I would of liked the pattern to include French or Flat Felled seams so I knocked a star off for that but everything else about the construction is great. I used a lightweight linen and extended it by 20cm so that I can wear it as a dress in the summer. It’s definitely a pattern I will re-visit and plan to make a regular length one next time. I may end up shortening this to a shirt but that’s nothing to do with the pattern I’m just not sure it suits me in this fabric perhaps I need some sunshine – February in the UK isn’t the best time for wearing summer clothing!
