No printing layout diagram for A4 printing

I have just bought this pattern and expected to be able to print straightaway.  Unfortunately, the instructions don’t include a pattern print layout diagram for A4 printing.  The complete pattern package is 90 pages long for 2 versions. I don’t want to print the pattern pieces for version 2, but it is almost impossible to work out which pages to print and which aren’t needed. I have sent a message through the contact me email account which gives a 48 hour turnaround.  I’m very disappointed as I had scheduled today to get to the cutting out stage.

2 days later – with help from The Fold Line customer support (thanks Mel!) I have now cut out the required pieces for a calico.  As I have been sewing, I have seen that there no notches on the shoulders or neck pattern pieces (pages 2 and 6 of A4 version) despite reminders in the pattern booklet to match them carefully.
