My favourite dress sewing pattern

This is the third Armidale dress I’ve made so far.  Last Winter I made one in viscose and even thought it has short sleeves it soon became a real favourite (base layer & tights underneath) so I made another in some gorgeous Atelier Brunette fabric.  In the Summer I found myself wearing the viscose version just as much without the layers underneath, so when I found this glorious Atelier Jupe fabric I knew what I was going to make.

The instructions are standard Style Arc instructions, I find they give you enough detail to get you through the process, but if you’re a beginner and you need a lot of information and diagrams you may struggle.  The first time I made the dress I didn’t spot that the side panels need to be cut x4, so be careful!  If you’d like to find out more, check out my recent vlog.
