I think I love you – Adrienne Blouse

You had me at first sight…basically I spotted this pattern on Instagram when it was advertised on sale. I wanted more casual tops in my wardrobe so I bought it for later.

This pattern is easy to print and tape together, everything lines up really well.

The instructions are straightforward and easy to follow, even for a new sewer. On top of that there are a few sewing videos on Youtube if you aren’t sure what to.

I usually use my serger to put together knits  but this one can be sewn entirely on your regular machine with a zig zag.

It came together so fast that I cut out a second in rayon jersey (my first was a stiffer cotton knit), both tops took less than 2 hours together.

For sizing, I sewed the extra large and I am normally a size 16-18 in sewing patterns/ size 42 bust. It fit just like the pattern picture – close. It looks really nice but if you are someone who doesn’t like close fitting garments you may want to size up.

I highly recommend this pattern to all sewers.
