Fibremood Lexi from Issue 11

I made a preview copy of the Lexi sweater dress, which is perfect for colour-blocking. It’s drafted to be oversized – which is not a great look on me, no matter how much I wish it was! As detailed in the instructions, you are best determining what size to sew based on the final measurements – there’s a lot of ease built into this dress – and what overall look you’re going for. I ended up by sizing down considerably and omitting the in seam pockets.

I really like the finished dress although I could have made it easier on myself by sizing down at the pattern cutting stage rather than late in the day!
