Butterick trousers and top 6183

As a newbie to sewing this was the first pattern I attempted. I used a linen look cotton medium weight fabric to make the top in. Sizing used was a UK 12 D cup.
I found the instructions and pattern easy to follow and was very happy with the look and fit of the garment for a first attempt. I plan to remake the top using different fabric choices possibly a brocade to dress up a pair of jeans to go out in the evening.
I would recommend this pattern if like me your new to sewing as the completed top has a great fit and the pattern is simple to follow
