Autumn Antrim Dress

A review of Itch to Stitch Antrim Dress

Itch to Stitch describe this dress as a ‘fit-and-flare knit dress with cup sizes and pockets, in other words a functional, comfortable and flattering dress all in one’ and I couldn’t agree more!

As someone with a large bust and small sized hourglass shape, I find this style nigh on impossible to fit me on the high street, let alone in colours I adore. So for me, this is absolutely what sewing my own clothes is all about.

I absolutely LOVE the fit and style of this dress and can highly recommend this brilliant pattern. My fabric is a viscose jersey from Lulou Designs – it’s a lovely quality and has a wonderful drape.

I made a size 4D graded to a 2 at the waist and hips and I’m 37″,28″,39″, 28GG, and 5’4″. I also made the sleeves full length (which isn’t an option on the pattern, but is easy to do).
