A surprise success!

I didn’t expect this to look as good as it does as I very rarely like a tight fit around my bottom half – but the Kielo is a surprise wardrobe hero!

This may be the comfiest garment I have ever made, no exaggeration. It’s a really unusual wrap dress that gives a column shape but is cosy, comfy and flattering because of the fabric draped round the waist.

It came together easily, though the fabric I chose was very heavy and led to the armholes stretching when I hung it. I want to try it in a woven fabric but it definitely works well in jersey.
