I made the Hoya up in a lovely quality rayon and was actually surprised how much I love it. Obviously I expected to like it, but I really do love it!

It’s quite fabric hungry at 2m for view A but it’s down to the wrap front which you cut 4 times; I’d definitely say you need to use a lightweight fabric to avoid this being too bulky. It’s not in the pattern but I used French seams throughout which gave the final luxury touch to the top.

I love how well shaped it is on; I was concerned it might feel too boxy but it doesn’t at all.

I spent most of a day sewing this and thoroughly enjoyed it: there will be more!
