You Made My Day April Skirt

Buy the April Skirt sewing pattern from You Made My Day Patterns. Not just for warm weather, the April Skirt can be worn all year long with tights. This elegant yet comfortable skirt has four semicircle flounces, an elastic waistband and options for a belt, in-seam pockets and false button tabs. There is a short version, an above-the-knee version and a bubble skirt version with a lining, which has a length in between the previous two. The movement of this skirt is just perfect.

Suggested fabrics: Viscose, tencel, double gauze, cotton, wax.

Fabric requirements: 1.4 m wide fabric: Long version/bubble skirt outer, 2.3 - 2.5 m // Short version/bubble skirt lining, 1.8 - 2.1 m.

Sizing: EU 34 – 50 (approx. UK 6 – 18). Please check the size chart.

Notions: Elastic, 3 cm x waistline; 4 buttons (optional); bias: 3 cm x 5.8 m for simple short version, 3 cm x 7 m for simple long version.
