Buy the Nell Pants sewing pattern from Vikisews. Nell is a pair of close-fitting pants. The front legs are made up of shaped yokes and horizontal inserts that run the length of the leg. The back legs feature shaped yokes. The darts have been transferred into the centre back seam. Each of the back legs is made up of two pieces and has a shaped seam at knee level. The pants are low-waisted and the shaped waist is finished with a facing with no separate waistband. The pants feature an exposed metal zipper closure and a fly shield with a bound buttonhole. There is double topstitching along the yokes and inserts, as well as topstitching along the crotch, darts, side seams and hems. Nell is below-ankle length.

Suggested fabrics: Faux leather, faux suede, natural leather.
The pants in the photos are made of faux leather. The fabric is medium weight, pliable, soft and with very little stretch. The fibre content is a blend of 45% polyurethane and 55% viscose. The fabric weight is 280 g/m2.
Fabric requirements: When purchasing fabric, buy 5% more than required to account for shrinkage.
Main: 140 cm (55") wide fabric, with a directional print/nap: 1.1 - 1.5 m (1 1/4 - 1 5/8 yd).
Sizing: 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 20, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements. Note the PAPER pattern includes height 2 only (even though additional heights appear on the charts).
This pattern is designed for a 5’4″–5’6″ height.
