Vikisews Hermina Blouse

Buy the Hermina Blouse sewing pattern from Vikisews. Hermina is a close-fitting blouse. The silhouette is shaped with front and back princess seams. The blouse features a square neckline and a shaped hem trimmed with eyelet lace. Hermina fastens with an invisible zipper in the centre back seam. The front and back of the blouse are lined. The voluminous 7/8 sleeves are gathered at the cap, flared towards the bottom, and have elasticated hems. Hermina is above-waist length.

For the lining, the designer recommends natural fibres (cotton, cotton + elastane).

The blouse in the photos is made of cotton eyelet fabric. The fabric is medium weight, structured, soft, and non-stretch. The fibre content is 100% cotton. The lining is 100% cotton.

Fabric requirements: When purchasing fabric, buy 5% more than required to account for shrinkage.

Main: 140-145 cm (55-57") wide fabric, with a directional print/nap: 1.2 - 1.45 m (1 1/4 - 1 5/8 yd) // 140 cm (55") wide fabric, with a 19 cm (7 1/2") pattern repeat, cut on the crosswise grain in one direction, 1.2 - 1.75 m (1 1/4 - 1 7/8 yd).

Lining: 140 cm (55") wide fabric: 0.4 - 0.65 m (3/8 - 3/4 yd).

Sizing: 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 20, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Vikisews patterns are designed for a B/C cup.

Model Sofia: Height 172 cm (5'8") / Bust 84 cm (33 1/8") / Waist 64 cm (25 1/4") / Hips 90 cm (35 3/8"). Sofia is wearing size 36 in height 3.
