True Bias Ayla Pant

Buy the Ayla Pant sewing pattern from True Bias. Ayla is a pull-on knit pant with wide legs and two views. Both views are fitted through the waist and hips and include a wide elastic waistband. View B has panelling along the front and back legs and topstitching to accentuate the details. Both views have a high-waisted fit and an approximate 30 inch inseam.

Suggested fabrics: Medium to heavy weight stable knit fabrics with at least 20% stretch such as ponte, double knit, french terry, knit jacquard and sweater knits.

Fabric requirements: Extra fabric may be needed to match plaids, stripes or other bold prints.

45" (114 cm) wide fabric: View A, 2.7 - 2.8 yd (2.5 - 2.6 m) // View B, 2.7 - 2.8 yd (2.5 - 2.6 m).

54" (137 cm) wide fabric: View A, 2.2 - 2.8 yd (2 - 2.6 m) // View B, 2.7 - 2.8 yd (2.5 - 2.6 m).

Sizes 14 – 32  

45" (114 cm) wide fabric: View A, 2.8 - 3 yd (2.6 - 2.7 m) // View B, 2.8 - 3.9 yd (2.6 - 3.6 m).

54" (137 cm) wide fabric: View A, 2.8 - 3 yd (2.6 - 2.7 m) // View B, 2.8 - 3 yd (2.6 - 2.7 m).

Sizing: US 0 – 18 or US 14 – 32 (approx. UK 6/8 – 18/20 or UK 16 – 34, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size charts and finished garment measurements.

Note: The size ranges have been drafted from different blocks. The 14 - 32 block has a slightly more curvy set of dimensions than the 0 - 18 block. The 14 - 32 block has a 1" larger difference between the waist and hip circumference. Both size ranges are drafted for an average height of 5'5".
