Fun quick scrapbuster

This was the first hat I’ve ever made. It was a very quick straightforward make, which was a lovely antidote to the two rather stressful projects I’d just finished.  I was able to use left over fabric from another project, which made it extra satisfying.  The lining and exterior use the same pattern pieces so you could probably make it fully reversible if you wanted (although the pattern only puts interfacing on the external brim).  There are three sizes and I made the medium.  Next time I will try the large as the hat feels wearable but slightly snug.  This is my only very minor gripe about the pattern: it gives measurements for each size but doesn’t explain how/where to measure.  I definitely see more of these in my future - they would also make great presents if you have friends who like bucket hats.
