TAUKO Hiutale Dress

Buy the Hiutale Dress sewing pattern from TAUKO. Hiutale by Mila Moisio is a jersey dress with the polish of a woven sheath. It features a gently raised neckline, and a centre back seam sculpts the knee length silhouette. Sleeve slits and hem slits add a touch of elegance. The pattern includes both sleeveless and 3/4 sleeve options.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: Choose medium to heavy weight knits. Hemp, cotton, and merino wool knits all work well and provide different looks. Note that the neckline is quite tight, so fabrics with a bit of stretch will work best.

Fabric requirements: 

3/4 sleeve dress: 140 cm (55") wide fabric: 167 - 270 cm (65.8" - 106.3").

Sleeveless dress: 140 cm (55") wide fabric: 133 - 220 cm (52.4" - 86.7").

Sizing: 1 – 9 (approx. UK 6 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Knit interfacing.
