Buy the Whitley Top sewing pattern from Sew Over It. This classic woven top pattern includes a choice of two necklines, three sleeve lengths, and four bust sizes, making it fully customisable to your shape and style.

Choose between a round neck or a V-neck, then decide if you want short, long, or 3/4 length sleeves. The choice of cup sizes (A-B, C-D, E-F, G-H) means that if you usually need to make a small or full bust adjustment, you won't need to with Whitley! This makes it ideal for beginners and those new to fitting.

Once you’ve made the Whitley Top you’ll have a great woven block that’s perfect for some pattern hacking. Shorten the bodice for a cute crop top, or lengthen it to make a floaty shift dress for the warmer months!

Suggested fabrics: Lightweight woven fabrics such as cotton, cotton lawn, linen, or for a softer look, rayon or crepe.

Fabric requirements: Both neckline options require the same amount of fabric. Fabric requirements are given for the long sleeve version of the top. For the 3/4 sleeve version, subtract 0.1 m from the requirements. For the short sleeve version, subtract 0.25 m from the requirements.

1.15 m wide fabric: Cup sizes A-H, 1.9 - 2.2 m.

1.40 m wide fabric: Cup sizes A-D, 1.5 - 1.6 m // Cup sizes E-H, 1.5 - 1.8 m.

Sizing: UK 8 – 20. Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: A hook and eye; 0.25 m of interfacing.
