Buy the Stevie Slipover sewing pattern from Sew Over It. Sew the perfect layering piece with the Stevie Slipover! Stevie is a sleeveless knit vest finished with a neckband, armbands, and a wide waistband. It's designed to overlap the waistline of your favourite high-waisted skirts and trousers, or wear it over your waisted dresses. 

There are two options for the neckline: Version 1 has a classic crew neck, while Version 2 has a neat V-neck. Stevie is quick to sew, takes very little fabric, and will unlock so many new outfits in your wardrobe!

Suggested fabrics: The Stevie Slipover is perfect for knit fabrics like ponte di roma which have some structure, or other medium weight knit fabrics. Be sure to pick something with good stretch and good recovery. If you choose a fabric with less recovery be aware that the fit may be looser, and you might want to size down. 

Fabric requirements: The fabric requirements include only 10 cm (1/8 yd) buffer to avoid fabric wastage.

Sizes 6 - 20

1.15 m (44") wide fabric: 1.45 m (1 5/8 yd).

1.4 m (55") wide fabric: 0.95 m (1 yd).

Sizes 18 - 30

1.15 m (44") wide fabric: 1.75 m (1 7/8 yd).

1.4 m (55") wide fabric: 0.95 - 1.5 m (1 - 1 5/8 yd).

Sizing: UK 6 – 20 and UK 18 – 30 (approx. UK 6 – 20 and UK 20 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size charts and finished garment measurements.

This pattern is split into two different blocks. The 6-20 size range is drafted for a B cup. The 18-30 size range is drafted for a D cup.
