Sew Over It Dahlia Coat

Buy the Dahlia Coat sewing pattern from Sew Over It. Stylish, contemporary and practical, Dahlia is a simple belted coat with dropped shoulder sleeves and optional (giant!) single welt pockets. The front band is curved and hugs the neck to keep you cosy. Dahlia closes with press studs, and the belt, held in place with belt loops, keeps draughts out. The coat is fully lined, and the hem hits the body just below the hip. Designed to be sewn in lovely sumptuous wools, Dahlia will keep you warm and snug throughout the cooler months.

Main: Medium to heavy weight wool fabrics, such as boucle, boiled wool or melton, but be sure not to pick anything too rigid.

Lining: Acetate, polyester, crepes or viscose.

Main: 140 cm wide fabric: 2.2 - 2.8 m // 150 cm wide fabric: 2.2 - 2.8 m.

Lining: 115 cm wide fabric: 2.2 - 2.7 m // 140 cm wide fabric: 1.7 - 2.0 m.

Sizing: UK 8 – 20. Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
